1. Service scope

get.vecwire.com Premium provides paid access to premium link generation for supported hosts when that support is currently available.

Supported hosts, host limits, speeds, and availability may change at any time because they depend on upstream providers, maintenance, and abuse-prevention controls.

2. Lawful and authorized use

You may only use the service for lawful purposes and for content that you are authorized to access, download, or share.

You are responsible for complying with copyright, licensing, export-control, and other applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

You may not use the service to download, distribute, or otherwise access copyrighted content without authorization from the rights holder. Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund and reporting to competent authorities.

3. Account access and fair use

Each paid subscription is intended for one user. Account sharing, reselling access, or using the service in a way that harms stability is not allowed.

We may limit, throttle, or suspend activity that looks abusive, excessively automated, or designed to bypass normal host or service limits.

4. Host availability and expectations

We do not guarantee that every supported host will work at all times. Some hosts may be temporarily unavailable, rate-limited, or removed from support.

We aim to communicate real host status, practical limits, and support expectations as clearly as possible, but conditions can change quickly.

5. Payments, refunds, and credits

Paid access is activated for the term or credits that you purchase. Pricing, plans, and included limits may change over time.

Refunds or credits are handled according to the published refund policy and the actual service condition at the time of review.

6. Suspension and enforcement

We may suspend accounts, restrict requests, or block IP addresses when needed to protect service stability, investigate abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent loss of access without prior notice where necessary.

7. DMCA / Copyright compliance

get.vecwire.com acts as a technical intermediary. We do not host, store, upload, index, cache, mirror, or distribute any files. All files reside on and are served directly by third-party file hosting services. We generate temporary download links using premium access credentials.

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the EU Copyright Directive, and applicable copyright laws. Upon receiving a valid takedown notice, we will block the identified URLs from being processed through our service.

We maintain a repeat infringer policy. Users whose requested URLs are blocked due to valid takedown notices will have a strike recorded. After three (3) strikes, the account may be permanently suspended without refund.
